By using NightCast, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the app.
All users have free access to every event type within the 14-day forecast window. No account is required to browse upcoming sky events.
NightCast Pro is a paid subscription available through the App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat and are subject to the terms of your app store. You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings.
All astronomical data provided by NightCast is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It should not be used for navigation, safety-critical decisions, or any purpose where inaccurate data could cause harm.
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee the precision of visibility scores, weather predictions, or event timing. Conditions like local weather, light pollution, and atmospheric effects can differ from our forecasts. Always use your own judgment when planning observations.
Any content you contribute to NightCast, such as ratings or comments, may be used to improve the service for all users. You retain ownership of your content, but grant NightCast a license to use it within the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to abuse of the service, harassment of other users, or any activity that disrupts the NightCast experience.
